I dunno about BOE - jay wilson has been very clear on that not being part of Diablo so I would be surprised to see it come in now.

Well it's BOE only for the guaranteed drops. I think there's a difference to be made that may be enough to justify this deviation.

It sounds like a very strange idea to me that some legendaries are going to be boe and some won't... Boe legendaries will not be as attractive then and probably be worth alot less than the ones you can resell if you find an upgrade.

yes but the point is that everyone will be guanranteed legendaries and not to over saturate the market if everyone and their dog get legendaries after 500 elites...
