I agree with you, more crit chance, but that won't matter without better mitigation of incoming damage. You have reached a point where it is more and more difficult to get the rolls on gear for upgrades, you will have to kill alot of elites to get those chances.

Your progression indicates you've beaten Inferno Diablo. PvP is not up yet, nor will it be soon. You are farming. Get some more MF and GF already, even if it means reducing damage or survivability; if you can farm Act 3 comfortably enough, you don't need more killing power or surviability.
you can probably change your gloves out the cheapest lose the cric dmg and replace it with cric hit % and your the amy could do the same or lower cric % with cric hit %. you might have to lose the dex bonus and keep the vit on it, just depends on what you want to sacrifice since cric dmg wont matter so much if your not hitting cric's. using SS and a xbow though your ias wouldnt be as high as with my build http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Z.../hero/10129791
