Hey guys, just posting my first ISO on these forums ever since returning back to D2.

I am looking for a few socketables if anyone has. I really have a wide range of items I can trade for them such as runes, key sets, tokens and items (unique and set), so if you have any of the items i am ISO, please PM me with your trade suggestion/offer.

I do have an Eth Ettin Axe, without sockets, through quest it WILL get 5 sockets, I'm looking at high runes, but offer, if interested.

Call me ignorant here, but are you saying the socket quests put the max amount of sockets on normal items? I've only ever used it for socketing uniques.

I too have an eth ettin axe...
The reason I am looking for a zerker specifically is because their average damages are both very similar, except the berserker axe's range is 2 where the ettin axe's range is only 1. Which means it will not reach as far.

I know I am being a bit particular here, but I want my BOTD in my main hand (as that will always attack first) which means the ettin axe would be out of range and would miss any enemy I am facing 1v1 every time, almost effectively halving my dmg output :(

Yup, I do. Eth items are rare enough to warrant that. I did the socket quest in white/gray items, many times. Uniques? Tch...

I use about two or three uniques... and they can't get sockets, the rest are all runewords. Worthy of the quest instead of the gamble that is cubing? HELL YES

No problemo. Well, Ettin range is 2 and the Zerk is 3, by the way.
