It is amazing because of how hard inferno is and how necessary all resist is. Basically let's you get up to 140 all resist per item slot. It's mostly a side effect though. If inferno didn't make it so hard to survive, people wouldn't feel the need to get 1000+ all resist, and this passive wouldn't feel as mandatory. It would still be great, just not mandatory.
The real reason it's mandatory is that Monks can get high base stats but have few multipliers. What Barbs would do with warcry Monks have to do with OWE and double resists everywhere.
Steven Hazani: Warcry for barbarians would be mantra of healing for monks with the 20% resist all rune i think.
It will be interesting to see how this changes after the patch. WhiteGiant do you have any plans to check into this again after 1.04 has been released for a week or two or few?
