Problems see public games on nightmare

So im on nightmare Act2 now and when i press public games i only see games up to act1 quest 1 NM ? I rememeber i had this problem long ago but its been like this now 2 days and if i open my game nobody joins.. its like the game dont registered properly that im on act 2 yet.. what to do? not fun play alone..
