Please why my account can't open with my chars in? Where my chars dissapeared?

Did you start you characters in single players and then tried to play in battle.net? Because you can't play your SP chars in bnet, you have to make new ones in there.

I did not try play my SP chars in MP, nor in a different realm.

If I recall correctly from my limited knowledge of b.net you must play the character for a certain amount of time for it not to be deleted. You must also play at least one character per account for a certain amount of time to keep the account from being deleted. I'm sure someone here can give you the exact amount of time you need if that is what happened.

A character expires after 90 days and i played one month ago
