Honestly, I don't think I'd want to do Act 1 in that gear. 24k hp and 18k dmg. If you can struggle through it, if you refuse to upgrade to pieces without MF, you'll be farming Act 1 for a long time as upgrades that give good stats + MF are among the most expensive items on the AH.
I still find a few Act 1 pack types difficult enough on my DH with 30k damage and more resist/hp than your wizard... invul minion/leapers and a couple others will occasionally kill me.
If it was me, I'd swap out some pieces and get damage up to 30k, you'll clear faster and die/be frustrated less.
That wizard has almost 5k armor and 600+ all res in A1 after Prismatic Armor on top of 20% melee damage reduction. It probably survives pretty well but the damage could use a boost. A little more intelligence on gear and some more crit damage could provide a good boost
With Prismatic I'm over 700 on all. Up to about 13 % crit now, hard finding dps mf items through slowly with get it. I have started farming Act 2. I have major problems with the spider elites. Others are manageable unless really bad affixes, I just kite kite them down.
DMG is more in the 21k range, when I activate force weapon.
