Well, it was better than The Phantom Menace. I guess that counts for something. Art though? You have some pretty low standards, mate.
Just before the infamous clip went viral, a certain "pest" that I'm very fond of - who shall remain nameless* - nudged me over and over again on MSN until I dragged my barely conscious carcass out of bed (it was 3 in the damn morning) to see what she was fussing about. I was greeted by a link to 2g1c. I don't remember clicking and watching it (though I obviously did - read on) nor do I recall reacting to it. In hindsight, I suppose I was never truly awake.
The next morning, we were chatting and I mentioned that I felt disturbed because I'd had this weird dream and proceeded to describe the clip. She laughed and re-linked the video. I actually felt tremendous relief that it wasn't a dream because I thought I was on the verge of going insane.
*But you know who you are and I WILL get you back!
Hey things could be worse.
Spoiler
I've never watched that movie because what you have seen can't be unseen.

You know I'm born to lose / and gambling is for fools / but that's the way I like it, baby / I don't want to live forever!
Never seen it nor even heard of it other than on here.
Besides, I have seen my quota of things seen that cannot be unseen. For 2013. Maybe for ever.![]()
I used to feel that way about the UFO television series (particularly hot chicks with shiny purple wigs on the moon).
Looks like just another day at the office to me...
EDIT - since I REALLY don't want to think about 2g1c, let's return to far more pleasant material. By pleasant, I mean the previous discussion of the slaughter of innocent children.

"According to the FBI"
Hmm.
This is wild stuff, even for you Merv. What percentage of murders are investigated by the FBI as a proportion of all murders. including non-Federal cases?
Kudos on the UFO clip though, that was one smooth series. Any TV that can make a string vest look stylish has seriously got something.![]()
You've conflated "gathering crime stats" with "investigated by". Care to take another throw and win the kewpie doll?
I particularly loved the cars, which I believe were 'homebuilt'.
It was a little slice of heaven. Three seasons, IIRC, and it <was> on Netflix at one point. If you spot resemblances to both Thunderbirds and Space:1999 you'll realize why upon further investigation.
Ha! I mistook a partial statement that was actually in line with the facts with your usual skewed half-truth misrepresentation! Silly me!
Can I still have a kewpie doll?
Any chance of getting knives banned?I particularly loved the cars, which I believe were 'homebuilt'.
Space 1999. Another series that transcended its somewhat modest production values. It was a little slice of heaven. Three seasons, IIRC, and it <was> on Netflix at one point. If you spot resemblances to both Thunderbirds and Space:1999 you'll realize why upon further investigation.![]()
