Getting all excited.
After these first few patch blogs, I'm just getting worried that inferno will be too easy. :P
I foresee an inferno buff in the future.
PS That's after getting all excited.
They should never have nerfed inferno in the first place. It's just the casuals having a cry and expecting to be able to complete everything with minimal effort. The whole point of Inferno was to give the die-hard players a challenge... it's a real shame that most ppl have been infected by WoW.
I don't really know what to make of the energy twister nerf. They say u won't notice much difference... but a 50% nerf is HUGE. Their reasoning 'sounds' plausible... but it's really disappointing that energy twister receives a nerf, while ww barb doesn't... both builds r considered to be op as well.
And just as we all knew would happen, CM/WW is nerfed into the ground.
Pretty sure a half-decently geared Wizard with an ET CM build already got more AP on Crit and Cooldown Reduction procs than they could possible make use of.
Besides, Meteor is getting buffed. Star Pact is already incredible with CM, this will just cement it.
Personally, I dislike how there is no discussion about Critical Mass itself. It's a model of how passives should. Perhaps numerically too strong (though that is up to specific skills with specific proc coefficients), but really, what other passive the Wizards have that even comes close to dramatically changing the gameplay like this passive does? Illusionist is pretty much the only one I can think of.
Here's to hoping the class changes will include a lot of passive changes in them.
I'm personally really happy that CM got nerfed. But I'm a kite wizard.
Not going to happen , things like Familar and Force weapon not on actives.
CM is amazing for kite Wizards. Try it with Wave of Force and Meteor.I'm personally really happy that CM got nerfed. But I'm a kite wizard.
I refuse to use CM. I think it's annoying and retarded that all wizards have to use it. Kudos to Blizzard for nerfing it.
