1.13d Spam Filter actually works :D

If any of you play Diablo II on the realms anymore, this is a good way to stop the spammers, by permanently ignoring them.

In 1.13d there is a new document in your D2 folder called ignore list.

Open it up with notepad. It probably already has a list of users that Blizzard has deemed spammers.

Make sure that in game, you have enabled /ignorepersist.

Keep your ignore list document up to date by adding any new spammers to the list.

This was included in the patch notes for 1.13d, but I doubt many users realized this.

It should make it that when 10 people ignore the same person, that person goes automatically on everyone's list...
