Your resists are low, 670 with impunity if I count correctly? I rock 900 res all and 8k armor with impunity. Also your WotB rune... insanity? Slaughter will do more damage than insanity with a WW build (like, a lot more) if you're looking for burst damage. But honestly, thrive is the way to go - permanent crowd control immunity, and the 20% dodge and 25% attack speed (also known as much better LoH healing) makes you a lot sturdier when you've got wrath. It really isn't hard to carry thrive around once you get used to it.
Your LoH is a little on the low side, but it should be enough if you get your resists up.

879 Vit is low. Moar Vit.
As mentioned, drop Insanity for Slaughter or Thrive on Chaos. Drop Superstition for one of the Armor Passives (Nerves of Steel/Tough as Nails). Armor will block all damage not just non-physical.
For progression or hard to kill elites, consider replacing Bash with Overpower-Crushing Advance. Hard to start gaining Fury but greatly increases your survivability.

The one thing that i would do first before any other thing is get more armor. I have 8044 armor unbuffed which compared to your 5700 makes a huge difference...armor is very undervalued.
just remember, 10 armor is equivalent to 1 all resist...so if you get a ring with +200 armor, that = 20 all resist. And i think that +armor on jewellery is still cheaper compared to the all resist stat
As money allows, you should bring up the strength and vit stats as others have mentioned.
I have 1700 strength and 1150 vit which is a little more than you but it goes a long way in act 3. LOH is expensive right now, I had to drop some to bring up my crit for this WW/nado build, but even so, i'm still running with 1300+ loh which is sufficient for act 3. I'd like to bring that up higher, but there wasn't anything on the AH that met my requirements yesterday at reasonable pricing
