Hey guys I need some help with my gear to get past Act 3. Act 2 was very easy with my current gear but when I hit Act 3 I got stone walled in the dungeons leading up to Ghom. Granted I am very new to this build but I know that some of my stats are not up to snuff.

-Im at 950-1050 resists buffed
I'm assuming that I need more armor/resists, hp, and loh. Other than that Im not sure what else to upgrade and which slots to do it in. I also have this axe (with the stat changes) available to me if it would be better than my current weapon let me know.
I want to budget myself around 20m for the upgrades.
I'd start with getting more vitality, at least 5k more hp, preferably 10k. LoH, armor, and res seem sufficient, but with only 30k hp you can't absorb the big bursts of damage you see in A3 very well.
Looks like you could easily drop a little strength and pick up 100-150 vitality on your chest armor and a good bit by upgrading the gems in your pants to stars or something. Other items might be somewhat difficult, seeing as you have crit chance everywhere; they all seem like expensive bits. You could try to find a replacement for the bracers but it might be too expensive for your tastes.
Thanks for the replies. I will be on the lookout to upgrade my life and my armor. Im struggling with ranged reflective packs. Got up to Ghom but Im struggling with him right now.
I only had ~35k hp when I went through a3 and a4 on my whirly, but my armor was quite a bit higher than yours (7k with enchantress + war cry - what's your buffed armor, I'm not sure what the profile page does and doesn't count as far as passives, enchanteress, etc), and my resists were about the same. I also had ~500 more LoH than you do.
I agree that your armor and health seem low. Your damage is equally low as well which might be causing a lot of your problems. Adding more strength will help with the armor and damage issues. One of the biggest places I see where you can do that is on your helm. That piece alone can usually give you another 150+ strength so maybe start looking there. Also, shoulders and belts are another good place to get lots of strength, assuming you can find pieces that don't lower the other stats you have on existing equipment too much. And definitely upgrade those gems in your pants - lots of missing vitality right there for you.
Also agree with getting your LoH up. 1500 seems to be the min for Act 3, but 1700-1800 is even better if you can afford it. Although the resistances and crit chance on your rings is very nice, you could pick up extra LoH there, keep the crit chance (maybe go down to 3% to find deals), look for additional strength/vit, and then sacrifice the resist all for 40-60% resist in physical or fire, since those are the most damaging elemental you get hit with. Amulets can also give nice LoH bonuses.
Additionally, play around with your passives a little and see if that helps. Maybe switch out an offensive one (i.e. Ruthless) for a defensive one (the other armor bonus one or Superstition) and see if that improves things. I know it goes against what I said about needing more damage, but if you find you survive better it may give you the edge you need.
And lastly, you say Ghom gives you trouble. Have you tried OverPower/Crushing Advance on him?
Thankyou everyone for the input. I was actually able to get past Ghom and act 3 with the gear I had posted and a few changes to my passives. Im now about to get to Diablo.
I now have 34k hp and about 7k armor buffed.
I do agree though having some more dps would always be helpful.
