Enrage timers, how do you deal with them?

Um, skeleton king doesn't have an enrage. First time I got to him I had like 6k dps on my kite-doctor. I was in the fight for like 15 minutes.

As I recall, the enrage timer just makes him spawn more skeles (or spawn them more often?). Maybe you hit the enrage and didn't notice?

Haha, that is pretty funny since the smaller skellies are the main source of health orbs.
