Europe SC - Monk amulet value ?

Just found it tonight. The only reason I have not already equipped it, is because it has the "wrong" resist on it.

Some nice mods and then it has some missing mods. The Dex is okay. The arcane stacking would be decent for a monk along with the IAS. It is missing any crit/Vit/+life/crit dam to make it an end game ammy. To the right person maybe 1-1.5 Mil. Although, I am thinking this is less than a Mil.
