That's a nice helmet. This could be in the 8 digit range, considering it has 3 main stats all below 100 to go with the best few things a helmet gets. surely you can find something similar on the auction house for comparison though

I see lots of helmets close to this but without sockets. I'm also iffy on how people value crit chance and whether the difference between 4.5 and 6 means a huge difference in price. Thank you for the estimate, though. 10 digits is a good start
