Is this quiver worth something? (Perfect IAS and crit chance I think)

So I've found this quiver and if I look at the ah similar onces are priced from 2.5 to 10+ million is the ah correct and is this worth that much or even more (if more how much then?) cause it has perfect or near perfect crit chance and perfect IAS?

Quivers are such an odd thing. I have recently sold a nice quiver for about 5.25mil before the tax on the American server, and I'll try to recall the stats for a comparison.

~85 dex
15% ias
~8% critical chance
~10 max discipline
~+9% hungering arrow damage

I'm not sure what might be lost in translation when trading resource and skill damage modifiers for more dex and a chunk of vitality, but I've noticed that DH specific affixes are well liked. Personally, I don't have a DH in inferno so all I can give you with confidence is this comparison.
