heyy i never played d2 but played a lot of d3 so far, im planning on buying the battle chest but idk if its worth it, if you guys still play could you tell me how it is cause i heard a lot of good words about it so far.
I can only recommend it.
Despite being +10years old, it holds its own against todays games!
Well worth the money, and youll have hundreds of hours of gaming.
Peace

aight aight ima buy the battle chest and rock it out, are there barbarians in it?

There are! The battlechest comes with the expansion, so you'll be able to play all classes: barbarian, druid, assassin, amazon, sorceress, paladin, and necromancer. Good luck, and have fun!

And dont hesitate to ask for any help with the game on this forum!

aight man thanks guys, can't wait to rock it but whats the difference between d2 and d3 besides AH, RMAH, multiplayer?
The whole game? :P
Its a whole different story stats/skills/gear wise. You must play it to understand.
Peace
Aight and one final question, which class is op and really fun cause I read on forums that hammerdin and sorceress are the class but I wanna know your opinions.

A summoning necromancer is probably the easiest to beat the game with without good gear. Sorceress' are popular first characters - a frequent tactic is to run Nightmare and then Hell Mephisto for gear, which is quite safe and easy with teleport and the "moat trick."
My two favorite characters to play are a trap assassin and a Lightning Fury / Plague Javalin Amazon. I actually just started another LF / PJ 'zon last night as my first hardcore character.
Hamerdins are very powerful indeed, although some find aiming the hammers problematic.
Are you planning on playing on battle.net, or Single Player? I vastly prefer Single Player, and have had a great time multiplaying my SP characters with other members of the Single Player Forum through TCP / IP. If you play SP, I would be happy to help you out with some gear, if you would like. (Single Players using ATMA or GoMule, two forum accepted modifications, can exchange or trade gear through e-mail.)
