I hate/suck at Barbs, but I think your skills look alright.

I would get a better weapon, that's your main issue. I'd also get a shield, that will help a lot. Are you self found or do you use the AH?

You're at a place in the game where defense is becoming massively more important, esp. for a barb.

I dropped your Seismic Slam for Ignore Pain/Ignorance is Bliss, which does have an annoying cooldown, but its main purpose is to be used during elite pack fights. Overpower/Crushing Advance is another option along the same lines.

And I swapped out all of your passives for purely tankish ones.

Weapons... yes, the AH will have lots of decent level-reduced ilvl 60+ weapons to choose from. Otherwise, what you have appears to be pretty typical for where you're at. As kestegs suggested, maybe go sword/board for extra durability too.

i can see why ignore pain would be useful, but frenzy? i figured cleave is better because ur constantly being swarmed as opposed to one at a time... im not saying ur wrong im just asking

The choice between Frenzy/Bash/Cleave should come down to what you have trouble with and your personal preferences.

Frenzy with Sidearm is hands down the best single-target option, so it's great against Elites and Bosses. It also double procs the Into the Fray bonus of Battle Rage when Sidearm procs and crits. This means that it can be an amazing Fury builder if you have high crit chance.

Cleave in general is of course best in large groups. Since many people still skip normal enemies even after 1.0.4 these people probably won't use Cleave.

Bash is the best option if you like to build up your Fury quickly. It's still better against single-targets than Cleave, but nowhere near as good as Frenzy with Sidearm.

My advice would be to do a few runs with all of them and their runes that you like based on the tooltip and test which works the best for you at with your gear and playstyle.

Haven't tried beating Diablo on inferno since last patch. Tried it for couple of times before patch, only to get 1 shotted in 2nd phase every time between smoke screens. My DH is now a bit beefier so could kill it most likely if I wanted, just haven't bothered to try.
