I'm really confused. Nihla IN NORMAL just dropped this:

I looked it up, the affix lvl is 67, and the area level is 39?

Did I break the game? I'm clvl 39 fwiw

Monsters aren't tied to area levels in normal at all. Not even normal monsters. Bosses like act bosses and nihla aren't either, which is how nihla is lvl 95 in a lvl 83 area in hell.

normal Nilly is lvl 68 as i had a similar wtf moment when he dropped me a skiller earlier this year

kinda begs the question is it worth while running normal nilly for higher spec items or not

Perhaps if you are playing hardcore and are looking to minimize risk to your character and you have some very specific things you are looking for.

Not a bad day so far today

A eth Spirit Shroud and Tal's lidless eye of note. A battle dart gold too.

Now time for some Countess runs on the off chance of decent runes.

Also finally passed the 1.8 bill xpp mark which is nice.
