Vote kicking not working.

I was going to report the vote kick feature as an anomaly but i thought i'd ask here first.

Surely this thing is broken in some way.
In many games when there's an afk leecher and the party wants him kicked the vote kick doesn't work. Nothing happens when the party tries to vote kick the player.

Normally a new window pops up when you use vote kick but most of the time this window doesn't display and hence the player cannot be removed from the party.

Anyone know if this has been reported and if there's an official response on this?

Are you in town? From what I understand that is how it works is you have to be in town to initiate a vote kick.

The thought arose. So we all went to town to try, alas the same result.

No one really kicking people these days?
This happens regularly. It's NOT the first time. That's why i created this thread.
