Question About Larzuk Quest

I found an ethereal partizan from normal Baal minions. I believe normal Throne of Destruction is lvl 43. I read somewhere that items with ilvl > 40 always get max sockets from Larzuk, but I couldn't find an official site to check that. Will this get max sockets?

*Edit*
I did a little more research and found that ilvl in normal is equal to the monster lvl in the monstats.txt file, but I can't figure out how to open/read it. Any suggestions?

By normal Baal minions, do you mean Minions of Destruction, or one of the earlier waves? Minions of Destruction are level 58, but Warped Ones are level 40, so it would make a difference who you got it from.
