Diablo 2 paper and pencil RPG

I was browsing a few months ago at a bookstore, and happened to come across an unopened P&P diablo2 rpg. Has anyone ever played this? I was thinking about buying it, it was only 10$. I think it was d20 system, in which case I have tons of extra materials I could pump into it.

I've seen that before and thought it was a neat idea. I've never played it though, it was built upon the 3rd edition D&D game, which I also wasn't playing. A few months ago, I had started to do a homebrew conversion of the D2 classes and skills into D&D 4E characters and powers, but I just lost steam.

I always thought it sounded fun!

3rd edition rules, sweet I have tons of materials for that. I'm going to have to pick it up next time i get paid. I'm sure its still there lol.
