I have been a member of this forum/community for couple of years but did not as a active member. With this thread i would like to introduce myself and say hello to you all still playing Diablo 2.

A bit about my diablo 2 exp and history. Well I have been playing D2 for a relay long time now. I really can't count how much but it's over 5 years for sure. I first started playing SP with some friends but not legit... we duped items and download form internet(god PvP times thou). After that i got bored of SP and started playing ladder on Bnet. For a year or two I played on Bnet and got bored of it because of duped items and because Bnet functions on a buy-sell system. So selling torches for HR and buying items for HR also got boring, sites like d2jsp also kinda ruined it for me. So I was back to SP and saw my chars with non legit items and just deleted it ALL. Yeah i lost some really god legit items but since i did not know anymore what was legit and what was not i just decided to start form zero. And have been playing legit SP since then (that was something like 2-3 years ago).

My first char was a Zealot and after that a Blizzard sorc. The zealot is gone because I don't like palys but I will get to that .
The Bliz sorc is still "alive" and she is my MF/LK runer. I think I did like COUNTLESS Meph and Pindle runs with here. After i got all the good items Meph can drop i started running Pindle for TC87 unique items. He was kind enough to drop me Griffon's eye (I remember I posted a screen shot on this forum when it dropped, I was so haaaaappy),Windforce,Death cleaver and some others.

One of my quests is to find all of the TC87 uniques but Death's Web and Toomb Raver are my priority for my Rabies/Fury dudu.

I did a lot of LK and Travi runs to so I managed to make Enigma (for my windy) and Grief (I play with RW mod) for my R/F dudu. I have screen shots of some HR drops but not all. Now I have decided to screen shot all HR runes and all tc87 drops.

What makes Diablo 2 the best game for me is item farming and that feeling when something finally drops after countless runs and PVP. PvM is not really my thing so I always build my chars to be a PvP char.

You might noticed I have mentioned druids a lot. Well that is because druids are my "love" and i really hate palys (yeeey you have a ANOTHER Hammerdin or Smiter,soooo boring -.-').

My chars:

Blisy - lvl 91, bliz mf sorc

• Andy,AT,LK,Meph,Pindle farmer

Venom - lvl 85, rabies/fury druid

• work in progress, need to find death's,toomb raver and some other stuff...

Breez - lvl 81, windy druid

• work in progress, need to find one of those godly rare pelts,skillers and some other stuff

TODO chars:

Fury - lvl 1,pure fury druid

• I have most of the gear I just need to lvl him up
• this one will be just for fun, PvM and Travi runer for HR

Venator - lvl 1, summoner druid:

• this one will be an experiment, I have always wanted a pure summer druid but I will try to make him a PvP char
• also the idea that a druid caries a bow has always been a dream for me so I will go in that direction
• I will probably write a build for this char since they are rare

Lighter - lvl 14, pure lightning amazon

• really fun char, made one before and loved it
• if I ever get runes for Infinity she could rock places like Pits and WSK...

I don't play D2 constantly it's more and on/off thing, but when it's on it's 100% on. So couple days ago I became on again and I started playing on Bnet non-ladder. Today it got boring and spam bots really piss me off so I'm back to SP and my chars with items I'm 100% sure are legit and 99% are self-found (1% is for trading a self-found Cham for some other HR with a friend I know is 100% legit to). The only thing I miss from Bnet is "native" torch and annihilus :( (PlugY sucks).

I am happy to find that there are still people playing D2 with all that D3 fuss going on . I plan on being a bit more active on this forum from now on and I would be happy if I could find some one to test my chars in PvP .

Hey there. Nice to have you on board!
One suggestion for Rabies/fury druid: Use the rabies switch trick. Hit rabies with switch weapon, which is Plague bearer+spirit ( giving +7 to rabies ), then switch back to main weapon which has -poison resist on it ( rabies will be casted at the higher level, but the -poison res will work in the duration ). This can be a DWeb, but my suggestion is the 'grief' phase blade for it's -20% poison resistance and the fact that it also passes as a decent fury weapon. Shield accompanying grief can be a blackoak luna ( best shield for wolves imo ), or a monarch socketed with 4 poison facets ( not tried this though ).

I know abut the switch trick. My plan is 5/-5 Dweb + 20/-20 monarch. Currently I am search for DWeb and facets. I already have 10/-10 monarch still missing 2 perfect 5/-5 for monarch and one for DWeb.

Let's asume the Dweb is perf this gives tot -75 psn res which is way better then +7 form Plague bearer. IMHO Plague bearer sucks. It might work for PvM but it's way to slow for PvP.

I have grief + shael stormshiled on main and searching for Toomb Raver.
