Mystic ally DPS

I was wondering which one add more dps
Fire Ally or Water Ally

I think they are pretty close for DPS but I prefered water for the slow effect.
However once I got over 3 spirit per second regen I swapped out mystic Ally for Sweeping Wind Blade Storm which does way more damage than any Ally.
