Looking for a PC in gold. I think this helm is pretty sick, and I cannot find anything similar lately. It is ilv 63, with the following stats:

146 - STR
163 - VIT
34 - RES ALL
5.5 CRIT


Only 4 mods, but they seem to all be very high in combination. Thoughts?
