Are Cain and Adria brother-sister?

Since Leah calls Cain "Uncle Deckard," and Adria is Leah's mother, does that mean the two are brother and sister? Or is "uncle deckard," just the name you call someone that has adopted you?

They are not related its just what Leah calls him.
Deckard is really just her Guardian and the person who raised her after he mother vanished.
TBH it could just as easily be Grandpa or Father instead but a lot of folk know that Deckard has no Kids so these are out leaving only Uncle as a suitable reference.

BTW I call a close friend of my parents Auntie even though she not related to us.
