    [USWest SCL] PC on chaos

    Got a strange trade and thought I might be able to make something out of it. Maybe not though.

    I got a Chaos Blade Talons with
    -290ed (lowest possible)
    -no mods on claw

    Not sure why it's in the lowest item class... are these things worthless? The trader told me that you need a strong fools claw for it. Help! >.>
