First Convo with Blizz stating that in fact the item was sold and takes time

This is then them stating how it didnt sell when the first link says THEY sent me and email stating it sold after the pending time everyone gets these after the review.

Then this is them saying how wait how it didnt fail its completed its not pending anymore so changing there story again lol.

Now this is where it gets great now they go back to saying the item was sent to me when A. I have a flipping EMAIL stating the auction cleared WHY THE HECK WOULD THE ITEM go back to me and then B. These people just stated like earlier that IT SOLD and isnt pending what is this I contradict myself city???

So with this stated I have already made a complaint towards the FBI and BBB because well after having to deal with this stuff its a joke but please everyone tell your friends and others make it public cause I want this stuff fixed and they refuse to fix it when I have proof it was there fault.

did you try phoning support?
assuming your pics are accurate, your item sold and it switched to sold in your completed tab. in my experience that means that the money should now be on its way to your paypal account. they give themselves 5 days to get that to you according to their TOS so once that time had past obviously there was a problem. its not clear to me reading through there what they are saying other than the dept you are dealing with is not able to do what you need them to do. it seemed to me you should be asking to be put in touch with the appropriate party. one thing to learn would be whether or not the buyer received the item - in my experience the buyer gets the item quite some time before the money moves.
i hope you get this resolved, but remember that calm, cool and collected with get you further than swearing, and that some people are literally not able to help you - your goal then should be identifying who CAN help you and getting through to them. gl

and customer support was equally inept that time
Some of these cases sounds like the item was bought by someone using ccf (credit card fraud) and the money was never there in the first place. That means Blizzard will have a hard time dealing with this type of scenario as they have to pump in their own resources to pay the seller instead.
When you want to use resources from a big company such as Blizz, it takes a long long time and theres a lot of procedures/forms to get to. I bet the Customer support team got lazy there. I am pretty sure you will get the money wired to your paypal soon with no questions asked and that is Blizz own money.

Have you tried contacting Pay-pal? This is what they are for. When you get scammed out of money, they reimburse you. Could be worth a try.
You can say whatever you want about him, but if I would get adressed by the customer service with automated responses and in fact just a bunch of bullcrap every single time, I would lose it too. There is only so much jibberish one man can handle and this sat sob got the motherload. Its not one representive of Blizzard failing here. Its all of them. Time after time they just give him some auto-mail + 1 or 2 sentences which indicate they dont have a clue about what they are talking. Not once he asked about getting the item back, but they keep talking about that ****. He just wants his money. In the end, I hope this does get to court, 'cause you cant deal with people like that.
Why does everything about this game keep getting worse? And why, more importantly, does Blizzard essentially admit it?
