All of that can easily be answered by saying hey the tax code is a joke, and if elected i'll work to make sure that the taxes are fixed so people pay much closer to the same tax rates. Mr. Obama wants to talk about fairness, I had to hire a team of 25 (or whatever it is) people to handle my taxes. depending on your deductions, everyone here is paying different rates on their taxes, and it doesn't necessarily mean those paying more are making more. As governor, i could only make changes to my state's tax code, but as president, i will work to make taxes fairer. I will work to simpflify the tax code.

Or something like that.

The caricature they've created is only marginally more valid than "Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter".

Obama giving money to his kids is a morally equivalent Tax Shelter to stashing money in foreign banks to for purposes of tax evasion? You should do your civic duty and run the Romney campaign, to guarantee they lose.

All this fun stuff aside, I never said the approach was the best one with the most integrity. It's not, and generally I'd like a world where politics like this didn't go on. I'd also like to see a live Unicorn one day. I was just saying that given the eat the rich sentiment out there (which valid or invalid still exists), this is a crass political tactic that will stick to Romney. No one likes outsourcing, tax shelters, or closing down factories for profit, and how much of this occurred is still up in the air, and Romney obviously figures that's better than what is in his past tax returns.

An Obama campaign surrogate, Chris Lehane, is the one quoted as floating the "Bain-Bane" tie which I originally linked, but the Obama camp are masters of political Jiujitsu. They launched this stupid, preposterous attack, but then they claim that the inevitable reaction to their stupidity is actually the initial action, taken by unhinged conservatives (in this case, "misogynist" Rush). They polished this practice defending Obama's extraordinary secrecy and dishonesty about his past; whenever someone came up with a legitimate question, they would cry "BIRTHER" and pound the sympathetic eardrums on MSNBC, The Daily Show, Buzzfeed, Huffpo, Kos, and the rest.

It annoys me when presidents are blamed for economic production. This "greatest recession" was caused by both parties over the course of decades and no one having the foresight or the balls to stop it, and people making decisions that we should have foreseen. Nothing I've heard from Obama or Romney will pull us out of this mess. Really, what we need is time, and a desire to make something other than iPad Aps.

He uses enhanced interrogation techniques to get information from criminals, pushing a mob boss off a balcony and beating the snot out of the Joker to make him talk.He then uses a device developed at Wayne Enterprises that allows him to eavesdrop on every cellphone in Gotham to learn the location of the Joker.He has all the criminals in Gotham p##ing down their leg at the thought of running into him. Another major theme is sacrifice, what Bruce gives up to be Batman, D.A.s Harvey Dent and Rachael Dawes and in the end citzens of Gotham are willing to give up their lives for others to be able to survive. This has been a great series of films so don’t let some idiot lib ruin it for you with some weak attempt to gain advantage over Romney. Go see it! It looks awesome!

Haha, speaking of complete lies, Mitt's new ad shows 'Bama saying that "If you have a business, you didn't build that, somebody else did", when he actually said that if you have a business, people like teachers and mentors helped you along the way and you didn't build the roads and bridges you use. Keepin' it classy there, Willard!! The unfortunate fellow in the ad later acknowledged on Neil Cavuto that Obama was right.
