End game Monk/DH belt

Belt: 150 Dex, 81 Vit, 80 All resist. I think it has reduced level requirements and health globes, too.

Tried searching for similar and only came up with prices over 100M but that seems ridiculous and I doubt those would sell. What is a realistic price that these would sell for? Trying to outfit other chars.

I would say 10-15 mil maybe more. The all res is max the dex is high and decent vit. The minus level req might make it more valuable in the future if low level dueling is implemented.

just for reference we had some sell 117/118/80 belt for $25. the current RMAH conversion is about 3/Mil, even though you can buy it more like 2/Mil. So about 10 Mil. Depending on the reduction of lvl req as to the value added. AKA, if it is reduced 3 lvls that is not going to add much. If it is reduced 14 lvls it can increase it substantially.

I am not seeing anything remotely close to the stats I have for $10M. The level reduction is 8 but I dont think that changes the value at all. I listed it for 39M, maybe someone would go for it.

Hey you know its all about perception. The dex is high enough to attract buyers with the AR. I just think at that price point you are competing against some big time items. But I do hope you sell it for that! GL
