Hi guys,
I've become bored with the pointless, unrewarding, incredibly expensive item grind in Diablo III. I feel like the only way to really enjoy myself is to take my focus completely after chasing epic items and put it entirely onto the adventure, battles, and character itself.

Tonight I'll be staring my first Hardcore character - a Monk - and broadcasting live.

This is also my first time streaming on TwitchTV so bear with me as there may be some technical difficulties/technical ineptness on my part :|

Except the economy isn't hosed, low level items retain their value, and even farming can occasionally be rather exciting/intense.

Yeah, it's the exact same thing about a hundred times more fun. It will get boring eventually too but that's really irrelevant.

They said it, Im just repeating it.. It can get frustrating but keep at it and you'll make it eventually.

Ive manage to kill more characters since D3 started than in all my 10+ years playing D2..

Its HC , u gotta expect it and just start over and hope for the best ....

And so I spoke it and so it came to pass. Started the day off with the intentions of getting my level 56 WD to 60 and start MFing with the Nephalem Valor buff Ive heard so much of. Ended up dead in act 3 Hell Sewers below Caldeum. So I shook it off and fired up my elvel 30 Wizard, cruised through act 1 Nm and made it to the Archives of Zoltun Kulle and promptly had a lag spike after the golums went down and when I got control back I was Dead again..

So now I have a 54 barbarian left that IM not going to play tonight and starting over in act 1 normal again ... Gotta love HC to keep doing this endless loop .....

Yea i lost you and another friend in 1 act in that playthrough, then i died in act 4 haha
