Hell Council Gold Drops

Anyone have any data or formulas on this? Discovered by accident that when wearing a Gheed's Fortune with exactly 150% extra gold, and no other extra gold equip, they always drop gold piles divisible by 20... which by simple maths means they'd always be divisible by eight should I decide to take the Gheeds off. I think. Hardly very helpful, I'd think, but I never saw any research on their gold drops anyway. Links, thoughts, etc - bring it on

This might suggest that council members have an inherent 8x Gold drop modifier attached when the game decides it will drop gold. Ths would then stack multiplicatively on top of any GF% you find.

About d3, personal experience. The looks is the only thing I find pleasant about it.

I googled round for quite a bit but couldn't find anything on the actual amount of gold dropped by monsters. If no one responds here and you're really itching to know you might have more luck dropping onderduiker or someone at that_modding_site_I_can't_remember_the_name_of a PM.

RE D3: Pretty much how I feel, the quality of the (visual) art and animations is top notch but as an actual game... uke: I moved on to Path of Exile very quickly
