Hey I'm new! Sorry if this thread isn't in the correct section, I just need to know.

My computer is a couple years old and i was wondering if it could handle diablo 3 at all. It can run civ 5 but i'm not sure about diablo 3.
Specs~
processor~Intel(R) Core (TM)2 duo CPU E6550 @2.33GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
Memory~ 4096MB RAM
Video Card~ ATI Radeon HD 2400
If the game card doesn't work, could you tell me an affordable option that would work?

I can't tell because it doesn't show on my account, but I know they said they would. You could just try it out and see if it is open.

The ATI Radeon HD 2400 is listed a "Low" but honestly I'm not sure this will be very playable. We would need to know your Power Supply to recommend an upgrade, usually something like a Radeon HD 6770 or similar would be a good choice for the price.

I believe my power supply is 250 watts would that handle the card?

No, I don't think you will find anything else better than what you currently have that wouldn't require a better Power Supply. So you can try the game and see how bad it runs and decide if it's fine or not for your liking, if not then you could upgrade your PSU + video card, if you know how. If you do that then I suggest a 500Watt PSU and a Radeon 6850.
