I think replacing WoTHF with deadly reach/50% armor rune would also be a good option if you're REALLY having trouble surviving.
What are your thoughts on variations/changes to this build?
I reckon it's a good budget-build, though Crippling doesn't multiply your LoH per target hit, it actually actually makes each hit benefit from no more than 50-75% of your listed LoH (as shown in this spreadsheet). But it's still such a high % that if you hit two targets you still gain more than your listed value. Just thought I'd mention it.
