So, I'm a bit confused. My chat privileges have been suspended multiple times now for allegedly spamming the same thing repeatedly in chat, but I haven't actually used the chat feature *at all* my entire time playing DIII. I haven't had any other reasons to think my account may have been hacked, and I've changed my password, but I was curious if anyone else has had this problem? I've submitted a support ticket but I've heard Blizzard can be notoriously unhelpful when it comes to these sorts of issues, and I'm somewhat concerned my account will be blocked for a violation I'm not doing (at least not intentionally!) and can't seem to figure out how to stop.
I would present it to them just the way you have stated here, maybe even call them and wait on hold. It might be worth waiting to explain to a real person rather than waiting for an email back from them.
Rose: You're an alien? You sound like you're from the North.
Doctor: LOTS of planets have a North!!!
Dacar pretty much nailed it on the head. If you feel that the suspension was unfair, in whatever way, you should bring your concerns to Blizzard. If it is a matter of being hacked, Blizzard will be able to see from your entry logs that different IP's have been logging into your account.
Despite popular belief, Blizzard are actually very fair when it comes down to suspensions and bans. Generally, those who say otherwise are in the wrong.
