I share a lot of item successes but I think its important to show my losing streaks so players just coming to D1 wont think you always peel out nice items every other session.

Im at a stretch where I haven't found anything in about 850-900 laz runs. (could even be longer than that not really kept track)Ive been doing a maddening amount over the last 4 days or so (as I pulled my back and cant do anything) and have notched 45k kills in this time period... insane. my hitless laz streak goes back a few months. occasionally Ill find something at griz but laz has been very nasty. Ive pulled many 72+ac fpms off armories and they're all duds. many many many jewels as well from uniques and mlvl 30s. all blanks.

It just goes to show you volatile variance in this game can be. all it takes is one 2k-to-1 find to turn a poor week into a great one. earlier this year I found 2 drag zods in a span of 3 days. Luckily Im having yet another downswing AFTER Ive tasted success, as I notice a lot of players simply give up after about 10 days of struggling and never getting the big find. the 75 or so players this game gets at a time is deceiving.. theres the regulars, but then theres 20 guys that are just here for a few days then drop off into the abyss. I think a lot of them would stay if they could get the ball rolling and find something nice... so my msg. to you all is to hang in there!
