I used the OP exact build when I hit Inferno, clearing up to the beginning of Act 3 pre 1.03 then completing Acts 3-4 after the patch (gear check was insane.) Anyway pretty standard stuff for tank barb and probably has already been stated but couple of helpful tips hopefully:
-Like someone else mentioned get Enchantress for Armor buff, can also use IAS buff she has
-Good progression for taking on packs is to leap into the middle of a group, buffing yourself with Iron hide, once the buff recedes pop Ignore Pain if needed for the 7 seconds of immunity, by the time it is up Leap will be available again so use it for another 4 second huge defense boost. This little combo gives you 15 seconds of near invulnerability. All while going crazy with frenzy (preferably sidearm) and popping revenge constantly as it comes up.
-Don't forget that Charge gets you out of Jailer
-Leap and Charge can be used right as a champs Frozen Bombs explode. They will not freeze you this way but you will still take the damage.
-Leap and Charge gives you a ton of mobility, use this to your advantage to get in and out of combat as needed.
-If your geared enough that you can sacrifice defense for more damage, swap Ignore Pain for WoTB-Insanity.
-Don't be afraid to use potions, some people feel they are too bad *** to use them I guess.
-Also don't forget that if using WoTB it protects you from all movement impairing affects, Nightmare, Frozen, Jailer etc
Pretty basic stuff but doesn't hurt to mention just in case.
*Edit, thought I would add that if you can afford to drop one of your defensive passives, either Nerves of Steel or Tough as Nails, swap in Berserkers Rage. Since you have no fury spender the 20% increased damage will be up almost constantly and provide a big boost to your damage.
