Hi, I am no expert but if I were you i would try to get some Str on you pure vita +resis items like pants, chest armor, amulet, shoulders. Your weapon could use some LoH in my oppinion.
I'd like to see your stats, but it looks like you could use more damage, and the best place to do that would probably be either your amulet or your belt.
Well, I don't play Barb at a high level yet, so take what I have to say however you'd like, but I'll still give my input.
The first item that stuck out at me is your belt. It seems pretty underwhelming, and could very easily be better, imo. Possibly look for a decent String of Ears?
The next one I saw is your weapon. Decent dps, but you might want to consider something with a high amount of Life on Hit, and possibly some Attack Speed. I know it's already figured into the DPS of a weapon, but the faster you hit, the faster you gain life back.
Lastly, your Chest Armor. Sure, it has a lot of VIT, but that's literally about it. I would try to do like you did with the rest of your gear, and get 55+ Res All on it, as well as some STR.
There is also a few overall themes that could be improved upon on mostly all of your items if you eventually want to, and the first is +armor. You only have ~3700 or so, which imo seems a little low, but not bad. I say it seems low because that's roughly what I have on my Demon Hunter atm, but without a shield like you have, and I definitely want more. That means you should prolly be sitting around ~5000 Armor or so.
Another thing is your huge lack of STR. I counted 628 STR between all of your gear pieces, and in my opinion, that's not even half of what you should be aiming for in total. Having a lot of life is nice, but remember, STR increases a Barb's offense AND defense. Plus, if you have a lot of life but not the defense to go with it, it defeats the purpose of it, because mobs will just be taking bigger chunks out of your bigger life pool.
Lastly, your Res All. I counted just over 500, so I'm guessing with your INT figured in, you're closer to or above 600? That's a good start, but I think I heard you want to be up around 800-1000. I'm not 100% sure on that, so don't quote me on it.
So yeah, just thought I'd give you my opinion on everything overall. Not sure what Act you're on, or how well you're doing, but I'm just trying to help. And again, I'm not rolling a lvl 60 Barb yet (more like lvl 22 lol) so I don't know what your current survivability is like, but based on what I've seen and read, these are my suggestions.
