Similar ones on AH are around 2kk which must be overpriced.

Nice boots, but they are missing one key factor. Movement speed. Other than that, very nice. 600-800K. The gloves are almost cap on Crit which is why the prices you are seeing are so high. 1-1.5+ without Vit or crit damage increase.
