My stats seems to be OK, but still can not beat some elite

My wizard has a stats like:
    dps 42.5K unbuffed (60K with MW,familiar,glass canon)
Armor 4290 unbuffed (7100 with primastic buff)
all resist: 500-600 unbuffed (700-800 with premastic buff)
    HP 38K
    movement speed +12%
life per second 1200 with galvanize wand and templar
life per hit 900 with 1.43 attack per second

It seems to be solid, but still have some problem in killing some elite. My build is as follow:
use magic weapon as left hand, it can gain arcane power with hit and can give life with my LOH stats
use arcane orb obliteration as right hand
use Magic weapon to increase dps 15% to 48K, use teleport and mirror image to constantly distract enemy, and use primastic armor to buff resist (this gives 7100 armor and 700+ all resist)
Then use illusionist/evacation/galvatize wand as well.
    Still has problem.
Can anyone suggest if I need to improve my stats or build in any aspect?
    Thanks

Using arcane orb as your only attack spell doesn't seem very efficient. Familiar would be worth dropping for a signature spell IMO, especially with life on hit. Your damage would go up because in between orbs you can fire away, and heal while doing so. Another good option is adding arcane hydra and temporal flux, then you have a snare that does solid damage.

It would be more useful if you included what type of elites you are having trouble with. Otherwise, it's a bit difficult to offer advice just from guessing.

You've listed far too many skills that you cannot possibly equip all at once. I take it your setup is Magic Missile, Arcane orb, Teleport, Mirror Images, Energy Armor, and Magic Weapon, with Illusionist, Evocation and Galvanizing Ward. If so, I'm not quite sure why you included Familiar and Glass Cannon; you're only likely to confuse people.

I'm not sure what Act you're attempting, or what monsters you're fighting, but it's highly likely your resists aren't at the point where using Prismatic would be beneficial to you. Switch to Force Armor, it works better for a non-high resist setup, especially if you're running Illusionist. With Teleport and Mirror Images as your only cooldown spells, you do not need Evocation. It's largely redundant and not likely terribly useful since you already have Illusionist spec'ed. Change it out for something else.

If you're having trouble with big hits, you'll likely find the switch to Force Armor enough to rectify most problems. You can likely teleport away from most situations with Force Armor and illusionist carrying most of your weight.

You have no Snare. Generally, this tends to work best for extreme builds. Either high dps Wizards who murder monsters fast enough to not need a Snare, or tank wizards that can eat hits when necessary while nuking things down. You're kind of floating in the middle of both styles, and that's not the best place to be without a Snare. Blizzard or Temporal Flux would suit your build well.

Your build is also very limited btw. You have only two attacks and both of them are non-piercing, direct line of sight attacks. You pretty much cannot fight Invunerable Minion elites at all that way. Fast packs are also gonna wreck you since you have no Snare to slow them down, and you have no fire an forget spells to work down the mobs while you kite. You're forced to fire constantly as you kite to get any damage in, and a Fast pack is more than likely gonna swarm you before you can put a big enough dent into them. Also, MM is single target, and Arcane orb/Obliteration is a gigantic AP sink that unless you have epic gear, you're not gonna be able to fire very often at all. Certainly not enough to cover your AoE needs. Meaning you are gonna have a hard time whittling down groups of monsters.

Which Act in Inferno you having trouble with? With these kind of stats...those unbuffed dps, armor, all resist alone would make Act1 and Act2 a piece of cake for you...

But seeing your build that you stated, i assume you have a hard time with fast moving, teleporting elites. Try hydra builds+signature spell+diamond skin. Again, with those kind of stats, i think you can withstand humongous hits and will be able to slow the damage intake through that Loh while waiting for the hydras to do its job. You can put archon on for insurance...
