Yah whats even worse is that I have my comp hooked up to my 51" in the living room, so when I'm playing my gf can't be watching TV. That doesn't go over so well sometimes. I do have my little 22" monitor I can switch to if she really wants to watch TV while I'm gaming, but after playing on the HDTV it just doesn't do the game justice.
Okay, so I've played around with things a little bit now in my build. I really wanted to work exploding palm into my build and I actually really struggled to do so. BUT, I think I've finally stumbled onto it. So I dropped FoT with Quickening in favour of Deadly Reach with Strike from Beyond. I havn't noticed the 5 less spirit per crit hit yet. Also, having the ranged element has been quite nice, AND it seems as though sweeping wind (the tornadoes) get procc'd alot more with DR instead of FoT.
I also dumped breath of heaven (honestly just used it for the 15% dmg boost which I don't really miss). I swapped that out for Exploding Palm with Essence Burn. I'm actually amazed by how much faster I kill, and how useful the exploding palm still is. Until this point, I had only used the flesh is weak rune (12% dmg to target), but HOLY ****. I always looked past the Essence Burn rune because I thought the loss of the 30% life explosion wasn't worth it... but it sure is!! I can't believe how useful the skill is. It obviously wipes white mob's off the planet in no time flat, but it is actually VERY useful against elite/rare packs too. It basically makes the illusionist packs a joke. All you have to do is hit one with the palm and kill him, and that one basically kills all the other illusions, plus the combo of all those illusions dying takes down the main guy to usually atleast half health.
Even non-illusionists are ALOT easier with this skill on... you just single target one of them down like u normally would, then throw a palm on him before he dies. Plus if your kiting the mobs because of insane mods, it actually makes sense to go find some white mobs to get spirit/health back, then infect and blow them up for added damage.

I'd honestly suggest giving it a try. Since I've switched I havn't died once. Mind you, I'm only in A1 Inferno, but its been making it ALOT easier for me... and taking a huge chunk off of my repair bills. I'm honestly thinking that this build is viable to continue through Inferno with as soon as my gear allows me to do so.
Thoughts and opinions?
Also, I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure that the MoC/Overawe damage boosts also boosts this skills dmg that its doing cuz when I'm spamming my mantra even if I'm not hitting enemies they're blowing up ALOT faster.
