You will probably be annihilated by Reflect elites. You have 110 life per second, and no life on hit. I have 30k life, 1050 life per second, and 690 life on hit, resists around 350. Some elites I can tank. I use Enchantress, for the +15% armor, +3% attack speed, and slow effects, with a staff with cold damage for more slow.
Your crit chance and crit damage are quite good though. Your damage is really good.
Try to get the full +25% movement bonus, it's well worth it. 12 from boots, 7 from Inquisitor, 6 from Hammer Jammers or one of the elite bracers are cheap.
