hm is it worth it to buy a plan to craft sacred shields? or does lvl 10 blacksmith have this? if so worth crafting?

There are no recipes for crafting sacred shields. They are drop only.

oh snap of course, blizz denies a useful craft possibility, anything worth craftin to sell use/ 6 afix gloves i hear are good?

I found the 6 affix glove pattern, and i have made money crafting gloves with it, but if you actually have to shell out the 20mil (or whatever it's selling for now) to buy the recipe, it would be difficult to recoup your investment. I probably should've just sold the pattern myself while it's still expensive, but i couldn't resist using it.
