It doesn't sound very valuable. It has low IAS. The crit chance is nice but kinda low. Since it is legendary it will sell for more than it really is worth but I can't see it selling for more than 100k if even that.

Is that a ilvl 61 item? if so, and dont take this wrong, the crafting mats you get from it might be worth more than the item itself.
