PC on a high roll nats boots

Hey guys,

Picked this up yesterday, was really excited. I see them in the AH at around 100mm (all with lower dex). How much should i realistically expect? Has anyone actually gotten a $250 payout from RMAH?

52 Resist All
+213 Defense
12% Movement Speed
3% damage reduction from melee

I am fine with selling it for Gold or $$, just curious what I should put it up for.

You did get a nice dex roll for the random mod, but the resist all for this set piece is 60, which hurts. The armor is near the high end of the roll, but that's not really a deciding factor for most people.

The way I look at deciding if it should go on GAH or RMAH, is how ridiculously good it is. On a scale of one to 10, these are probably a 9.25 for me, and have the potential to sell on the RMAH. As for valuation on the RMAH, I'm not sure, but I personally go for the larger payout. If they aren't something your character can personally use at this time, it doesn't hurt to throw em on there for a high $ amount ($150-250) just to see if you could hit the lottery, and slowly lower the price over time (most I've sold 1 item on there for is ~$27).. I'd try that especially over the weekend when there will be more people browsing the AHs in general.

If you decide to use the GAH, you're looking at probably 20-50m (realistically) for those boots.
