Item level and locations where to find them?

hello,
I have a question about item level and locations, which also pertains to monster level.

lets say I have a level 30 wizard and I am trying to find him gear with my level 60 monk. Is there a list of locations that will drop level 30 items or list of monsters that drop level 30 item and where they are located. This might sound silly as almost everyone wants level 60 items but I sill need items in the middle. This list would help for finding any item with required level. If I need level 20, 40 or even level 50 items. I have done some searching in our Diablo Wiki section and on the battlenet to find this and no luck.

Anyone?

This will also help when/if PVP comes out and there are certain level caps for dueling - not sure how that will work but D2 had low level dueling so....

I don't have a definite table, but there is some pointers to know :

* lvl 30 is act IV normal and start of act I nightmare
* lvl 50 is act IV nightmare and start of hell

Finding the good act for a precise level is easy enough with a bit of trial and error. If I need lvl 40 for example, I will start at the end of act II nightmare (average between 30 and 50, and middle of nightmare), look at level requirement for some item, and then adapt.

I'm also interested in this item level / required level / monster level stuff. Right now I try to gather some twink gear in my stash to get back on my feet faster after one of my HC characters die. I don't really know where to search for the items I want (not using AH). I've done some vendor shopping at various quest stages to spawn items with appropriate level requirements.
