Dodge change .x or .xx

Hi All

Just have q small question, and in primary school i learned that no question er stupid questions so here we go:

I see my 1405 dex gives me 34.05% dodge chance.
But in my detail view it says 34.0% dodge chance.

I know that ther eis no breakpoint like in d2 but wich one do i need to count on ?
I dont wanna waste .05 dodge

The displayed number is rounded, but the actual number used on the backend isn't, so none of it is "wasted."
