what change on itens?

Hy guys, i want to do a upgrade on my stats, so i should change my itens, but i dont know where to start, can u guys give me help? Here the itens and stats ( with buffs ) :

Anything with just Int or just Int + Vit or Int + AR should be replaced.... but I think first and foremost you should definitely consider getting new boots, with at least 10% movement speed, AR, Int, Vit, Regen, etc.

11k hp is really low compared to the rest of your stats. Seems like most inferno wizards (with a few exceptions) are running 25k - 45k hp.
