Sell stuff on RMAH, how setup Paypal?

So i setup my account with sms protect and attached authenticate on smartphone but when i want sell something it says paypal has not been setup click ok to do it but nothing happens? Where do you do this i dont understand.

That's the same problem I'm having. I meant to title my thread paypal, not ebay. It said my accounts were linked and yet when i try to sell something it says it's not linked.
