Missed Lore & Books

Hello all,

I was just wondering, for the lore and journals that can only be obtained during a certain quest, is it possible for me to just change my quest and go back for it? Or do I have to create another pointless character?

You can go back and get things you missed.

Also any lore books you missed will drop in Nightmare or later difficulties as well, although you only get Normal-level EXP for reading them (eg 1120 exp for an Act 2 book).

Can any of you link me to a handy page that sums up all their locations or something? I've got *most* of them, but some are obviously part of a set, and I haven't found a single one...

IIRC, some of them are bugged and never appear.

Some of them appear only in certain places in town at certain times. Diablowiki says that some of Leah's Journals can be found in the armory - but only during specific quests.

You can google individual lore book titles for now and you may find something.
We'll get that in the wiki but that's a massive, incredibly time-consuming guide, so it'll be a while.

There's two journals that aren't spawning right now, being one in Act I and another in Act III. There's actually an entire dungeon in Act I that isn't spawning, either (and that's where one of the lore things comes from).

That's for act I.
Act II's location for spawning Leah's journals is in the hidden camp to the right side of the common area where your stash is.

And for act III, they do spawn in the armory (the bedroom), as someone mentioned.
